The expression humorously describes someone's recovery process, implying that they are becoming sly or clever like a fox. In this context, Park Na Rae used it to describe her recovery after surgery, indicating that she is gradually getting better and returning to her usual self.

In the photo, Park Na Rae is seen wearing hospital clothes with a swollen face. She has her hair tied into two pigtails and wears a somber expression.
