Recently, Han Seo Hee has been in the spotlight after a Kakaotalk messenger conversation went viral online.

The widely circulated Kakaotalk exchange was allegedly between actor Ahn Hyo Seop and Han Seo Hee, and Han Seo Hee is seen asking the actor to come to a hotel to spend the night with her. This conversation caused much shock, particularly considering Ahn Hyo Seop's stature as a popular male lead in numerous hit dramas, and Han Seo Hee has been embroiled in numerous controversies.

Following the viral conversation, netizens speculated that Han Seo Hee was the one who leaked the conversation, but she denied the accusation. Han Seo Hee also claimed that the conversation was "fabricated" and that it was fake.

However, according to an exclusive February 8 report by Money Today, a complaint was filed with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency on February 7. The complaint filed by attorney Kim So Yeon (Lawfirm Will), lists 'Violation of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (obscenity offense using communication media),' and 'Violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (Defamation).'

It was reported that Han Seo Hee was the one who shared the screenshots of the Kakatalk conversation in a Kakao Open Chatroom titled 'Lonely Chat.' A Kakaotalk Open Chat is a service where Kakaotalk users may join a chat using an anonymous profile or their Kakaotalk profile to engage in open conversation with other users.

The complainant stated regarding the KakaoTalk contents reported by the media, "The conversation between the defendant (Han Seo Hee) and 'A' suggests solicitation for sexual intercourse, and when the response was delayed, she threatened, 'Do you want to die?' and 'A' responded with 'Why are you talking so scary?' and then blocked her," and further explained, "She sent a message to 'A' saying 'do ***' to induce sexual shame or disgust, and by informing enough harm to cause fear due to the delayed response, she threatened him," and criticized, "She then shared this conversation in an open chatroom where it could be seen by many, implying as if 'A' and the defendant had been having sexual relations, thereby damaging 'A's reputation."

Furthermore, the complainant criticized, "Han Seo Hee, who has been repeatedly punished for drug use, and has caused controversy by using connections in the entertainment industry to engage in frequent disputes with celebrities or their fans," and added, "It raises suspicions whether she was trying to induce A to use drugs by reassuring him not to worry, claiming to have a grip on the entertainment media outlet 'Dispatch' in the KakaoTalk conversation."

The complainant argued, "Han Seo Hee claimed that the conversation was actually a 'fabrication' when it became controversial. But it was confirmed that on her Instagram account on November 30 last year, which is the date when the conversation was allegedly exchanged, a photo was posted that appears to be a suite room at the Joseon Palace Hotel. Several circumstances confirm the authenticity of the contents," and asserted, "'A,' who became involved in rumors such as being deeply connected with Han Seo Hee, a drug offender, to the extent of having sexual relations, suffered irreparable damage."
