Fans are recently grappling with the discovery that YG Entertainment has removed everything related to Big Bang from its website.
In recent years, each member of Big Bang bid farewell to the label, and most notably, G-Dragon has recently decided to seek a new agency to pursue his endeavors. This choice comes as his contract with YG Entertainment reached its expiration this year, marking a significant turning point in his career.
With G-Dragon, who was essentially the last Big Bang member to remain with YG Entertainment, deciding to leave YG, the label quickly made moves to remove the group from its artists list.

Imagine the freakouts when Blackpink is removed as a group from that page. The BP members were also removed because they're not signed as individuals at YG anymore. When Blackpink's group profile gets taken down, there will be a lot of online meltdowns.

The biggest story about that artist page isn't that Bigbang has been removed, or that the individual members of Blackpink are also gone. The story here is that YGE doesn't have any depth. Once BP inevitably disband, YGE doesn't have enough artists left to keep the company profitable.
