A recent viral post will have fans of the former 'Produce 101' franchise taking a trip down memory lane.
On November 22 KST, a netizen shared two photos taken from a recent shopping trip, captioning the images with: "No way. Seeing the Produce 101 F Class shirt at a thrift shop is freaking hilarious."
The photos showed the front and back of the franchise's infamous grey shirt, whose large black F indicated they were among the least skilled trainees. Former 'Produce 101' trainees ranked in F Class include some of the show's actual winners.
While no further information about the finding was revealed, it was enough to gain the attention of those who previously watched the program, with other netizens leaving comments like "I want it," "Let's buy it," "Where is this thrift shop? Let's go purchase it," "If I saw this at a thrift shop, I'd have to buy it at all costs," and "I have to get it" to show playful enthusiasm over the unique find.
Comments also included mentioning trainees who were famously F Class before, like "This is so funny and reminds me of Guanlin" and "It's Bae Jin Young's," while others playfully tagged their friends, mimicking the tone of the franchise's original judges by saying "Trainee, you are F" and insisting that the shirt belongs to them.
Meanwhile, the 'Produce 101' franchise aired four seasons in total, including 'Produce 101,' 'Produce 101 Season 2,' 'Produce 48,' and 'Produce X 101' and debuting the project groups I.O.I, Wanna One, IZ*ONE, and X1. The series ran from 2016 to 2019.
Didn't they do a pop up store where they sold this merch? It is not necessarily one that was own by a trainee
