G-Dragon to take legal action against malicious posts

On November 22 KST, G-Dragon revealed his intent to pursue legal action against perpetrators responsible for malicious online content.

G-Dragon's legal representative issued a statement on the morning of November 22, marking the fifth official communication on this matter. They released a statement saying, "We are presently initiating legal proceedings against individuals responsible for the malicious posts that encompass defamation, insults, sexual harassment, dissemination of false information, and baseless slander against Kwon Ji Yong (G-Dragon)."

Simultaneously, they emphasized, "We are in the process of compiling substantial evidence of actions that infringe upon Kwon Ji Yong's rights and interests, including instances of insults and defamation gathered through self-monitoring and reports from fans. Our approach is anchored in a zero-tolerance principle."

Furthermore, they added, "We remain committed to holding the culprits accountable to the fullest extent, with no room for compromise or leniency."

In a related development, G-Dragon, who faced allegations of drug use, obtained negative results in hair and nail tests conducted by the National Institute of Forensic Science. Earlier, he also received a negative outcome in a preliminary reagent test. Throughout these allegations, G-Dragon has consistently maintained his innocence.

    Police should be held accountable too because they fueled the scandal by leaking info to kmedia and their inconsistency in reporting about GD's case from start until now when they don't want to make a public statement about the tests being negative but implying that it doesn't matter for them bcs their investigation is going on. If this isn't an ABUSE, I don't know what it is.
