Yoochun's ex-fiancee Hwang Ha Na is reportedly involved in Lee Sun Gyun's drug case.
According to reports on October 20, the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency's drug crime investigation team is investigating a total of 8 people, including Lee Sun Gyun and the granddaughter of Namyang Dairy's founder Hwang Ha Na, on the charges of having violated the Narcotics Control Act. Hwang Ha Na is known as the reportedly problematic ex-fiancee of JYJ's Yoochun, and she was previously sentenced to prison in 2015 for habitually taking methamphetamine.
Lee Sun Gyun was previously confirmed to be involved in a drug investigation by his agency HODU&U Entertainment, and the label further stated the actor was blackmailed about the case. New reports say Lee Sun Gyun recently filed a complaint with the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office after he was blackmailed in the amount of 350 million Won ($258,933.36 USD).
A police official also stated the case will be investigated according to procedure.

What's happened to Hwang Ha Na is a good example showing that prison doesn't work. An addict is an addict for life, unless they get rehabilitation treatment, for both the physical and mental addiction (arguably the mental addiction is the most difficult part to treat). They need medical help and support.

Prison costs the taxpayer a lot of money, not only in board, lodging and security, but also the cost of the investigation, and legal fees; simply locking up addicts is not cost effective, because the first thing they will do when they get out again is go look for a dealer, and the whole cycle starts over again.
