The members of LOONA recently emerged victorious from a lawsuit against their agency, Blockberry Creative. They have succeeded in terminating their contracts with the agency and restrictions on their showbiz activities have been lifted. However, Blockberry has signaled an unwillingness to back down.

This saga began to unravel when each member of LOONA took a striking legal step; separately filing for a temporary injunction to suspend their exclusive contracts with Blockberry. When popular member Chuu launched the litigious proceedings, it marked the genesis of a domino effect within the group. Subsequently, HeeJin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, Choerry, HyunJin, Vivi, and the other members of the group followed suit. This resulted in an effective self-disbandment of the team.

In the aftermath of these legal proceedings, several members have already signed contracts with new agencies, with plans underfoot to resume their entertainment activities. Additionally, the remaining members - HaSeul, YeoJin, Yves, Olivia Hye, and Go Won won an appeal at the Seoul High Court and as a result, are no longer restrained in their entertainment pursuits. 

Undeterred, Blockberry is pursuing an appeal and has initiated a secondary lawsuit currently lodged at the Seoul Northern District Court. Off the record, officials from the agency maintain their stance, an indication they are far from admitting defeat. Despite the tumultuous proceedings, Loona fans eagerly anticipate what the future holds for their beloved musicians.
