Yonghwa sends supportive message to his former 'wife' Seohyun

Jung Yonghwa made a guest appearance on SBS Power FM's 'Kim Young Chul's Power FM' on September 20 KST. 

During the interview, the topic of Seohyun came up. The two have history having shared screen-time as a couple on the popular show, ‘We Got Married'. Not missing a beat, Kim Young Chul shared his anticipation of having Seohyun on the show the following week, explaining, "Next week, Seohyun will be visiting [the show] .”

In response, he tossed an engaging question at Yonghwa, "Not too long ago, you appeared on a broadcast in Gangnam where you spoke sincerely about variety. That video has been making the rounds on social media. Do you reach out to Seohyun at times?"

Caught between expressing his personal feelings and maintaining professionalism, Yonghwa had a heartening reply. He gracefully answered, “In actuality, I can't contact Seohyun personally for various reasons. However, always know I’m cheering you on.”

Not allowing the opportunity to pass, he extended a warm-hearted and supportive message to Seohyun. "You're going to be on the show next week. Just know I'm consistently cheering you on. Give it your all." Such encouraging words not only exemplified Yonghwa's admirable character, but also strengthen the friendly camaraderie between him and Seohyun, promising an engaging interview in the following week.
