On September 19 KST, JTBC unveiled individual character posters for their new drama 'Strong Girl Nam Soon'. The drama will tell the intriguing story of a three generations of a family, each gifted with remarkable strength, using their unique abilities to dismantle an ongoing drug crime in Gangnam.
The enthralled cast includes accomplished actors like Lee Yu Mi, Kim Jong Un, Kim Hae Sook, Ong Seong Wu, and Byun Woo Seok, whose characters engage in an electrifying big match.
Lee Yu Mi steps into the shoes of Kang Nam Soon, a vibrant and eccentric 6th cousin to Do Bong Soon, both possessing immense power. Nam Soon's roots trace back to Mongolia from where she journeyed in search of her parents. Kim Jong Un portrays the character of Hwang Geum Joo, a cash tycoon from Gangnam and a mother exuding a fierce sense of justice. Kim Hae Sook plays the role of Gil Jung Gan, the formidable matriarch of Kang Nam Soon's lineage and a revered figure in their neighborhood. Ong Seong Woo takes on the role of Kang Hee Sik, the youngest and morally upright investigator at the Gangnam Han River District Police Department. Lastly, Byun Woo Seok will portray Ryu Shio, the villainous CEO of a distribution and sales company, Doogo.
‘Strong Girl Nam Soon’ will premiere on October 7 KST.
This article needs to do better with the name of the actress. "Kim Jong Un", I thought the North Korean leader was gonna act. There's an 'E' in front of the 'un'.
