On August 8, CBS No Cut News revealed the reason behind Park Seo Joon's actions at the Tweed De Chanel event.
Prior to the attitude controversy during the stage greeting for the film 'Concrete Utopia,' Park Seo Joon faced criticism for being unfriendly at Chanel's luxury brand event.
At the Tweed De Chanel high jewelry event on July 27, Park Seo Joon was accused of being rude by rejecting requests from photographers. On this day, the cameramen asked Park Seo Joon to make hand and finger heart gestures. However, the actor refused to listen to any of the requests asked.
Many netizens were perplexed by his actions since he had always done the hand and finger heart gestures at various events upon request.
In regard to this incident, Park Seo Joon briefly explained his situation and clarified that a brand requested that he refrain from making these hand gestures.
Then on August 8, CBS No Cut News released a statement shedding light on the reason Park Seo Joon refrained from these gestures. The news media outlet explained, "Chanel requested a 'chic and natural pose' for the attendees of the Tweed de Chanel event. Poses involving hand hearts, cheek hearts, and Vs (peace signs) were deemed unfitting with the desired aesthetic."
This incident received the media's attention following the latest attitude controversy that arose a few days back.
Subsequently, during the stage greeting for the film 'Concrete Utopia' on August 7, Park Seo Joon politely declined to don a headband given to him by a fan.
Taking to the official fan cafe, he addressed the controversy and explained, "The following day, headlines surfaced about headbands. Yet, truthfully, I sweat profusely when I go to the stage greeting events. Given fans prefer my hair styled in various ways, I decided to have it up that day for ease of managing sweat. My hair had an immense amount of hair spray applied in the morning to hold it in place - to an extent my hair became hard like a helmet. But in this condition, placing anything on my hair causes me significant scalp discomfort."
People need to get a life. This nitpicking everything to death is not it. Would you want everyone under the sun to nitpick everything you do or didn’t do? Give people a break. This shit is old. With the whole headband fiasco, and now the finger heart?!?!? This stuff is elementary & childish nonsense. Grow up. A grown man shouldn’t need to wear a headband or make fingerhearts if he doesn’t want to. Jesus. You couldn’t make this stuff up. Poor man.
