There's been yet another stir on the internet, specifically in Korean online communities.

Following the dating rumors involving Joshua, another Seventeen member has found himself in a dating rumor. 

On August 10, various online communities has been abuzz after a Weibo post claimed that Hoshi and Red Velvet's Yeri are dating. The anonymous post, which was translated and shared on different Korean online communities, claimed that there were subtle, hidden messages on the social media posts created by Yeri on Hoshi's birthday. 

The post also speculated that the two idols went on a trip to Jeju Island together and were seen at the same events.

This speculation involving another set of popular idols spread quickly across the web, garnering attention from netizens. 

Many K-netizens are skeptical of the new rumors and commented, "This sounds like a delusion of an international fan," "Huh?" "Isn't Jo In Sung Yeri's ideal type?" "They need to leave Hoshi alone," "I don't think it matters that they date though. They're both celebrities so, at least they won't be inviting each other to their concerts," "Are they kidding?" "This is so forced so it's not even worth believing in," "Hoshi's on Weverse a lot and Yeri is always on Instagram and Bubble," "There are a lot more posts on Weibo debunking this claim, lol," and "They need to bring more solid evidence to claim they're dating."
