Kim Taehyung, aka V of BTS, achieves a major streaming milestone.
On August 31, Taehyung surpassed over 1 billion streams across all credits on his Spotify profile, ahead of the release of his solo debut album.
In addition to his three K-drama OSTs, the milestone was achieved through the pre-release of "Love Me Again" and "Rainy Days," tracks from his upcoming album.
Three days ago, Taehyung's classic Soundcloud songs, originally released in 2019 and 2020, were also made available for the first time on Spotify and other streaming services, delighting long-time fans of the songs.
"Layover," scheduled to be released on September 8, consists of five songs and a bonus track, including the title track "Slow Dancing."
The visual album will include music videos for all songs and is recommended to be watched and listened to in album sequence from start to finish. The physical albums are currently available for pre-order on stores worldwide.
