Actor Shin Sung Rok's father passes away

On August 8 KST, actor Shin Sung Rok's label SY Ent. confirmed with various media outlets that Shin Sung Rok's father has passed away. 

The actor's father passed away on the morning of this day (August 8 KST), and Shin Sung Rok is currently mourning with his family while preparing for the funeral. A wake has been prepared at a funeral hall at Yonsei University, Sinchon Campus. The funeral procession will take place on August 10. 

Meanwhile, Shin Sung Rok is currently preparing to star in the musical 'Ben-Hur', which opens in September.
