On the morning of May 18 KST, a fourth hearing was held for a lawsuit against a YouTuber who spread various false rumors about Park Soo Hong and his wife. 

While the hearing was held privately in order to protect the privacy of those involved, including Park Soo Hong who stood in as a witness on this day, Park Soo Hong's legal representative spoke with media outlets for a briefing of the hearing afterward. 

According to the legal representative, the YouTuber facing charges for crimes including defamation of character, slander, etc claimed during this hearing, "Park Soo Hong's sister-in-law, Mrs. Lee, sent in the evidence which they (the defendant) used as the basis of the YouTube content." 

Park Soo Hong's legal representative further went on to explain that Park intended on suing his sister-in-law as an accomplice in this case. The legal representative believes that the YouTuber, who initially did not mention the involvement of Park Soo Hong's sister-in-law, chose to do so during the fourth hearing as a means to support the claim that they "had reason to believe the information was reliable". 

Finally, Park Soo Hong's legal representative delivered the news that Park Soo Hong had in fact held strong suspicions that his sister-in-law was involved in the YouTuber obtaining his private information, and actually felt some relief after confirming his suspicions on this day.
