On May 9, it was reported that Jimin would be part of the main soundtrack for the upcoming Fast and Furious 10 movie, Fast X, to be released on May 18. This is undoubtedly one of the most high-profile and successful movie franchises in Hollywood. Therefore it is a big deal that Jimin got to participate in the project through his participation in the movie's OST! The preview for the soundtrack was released just 2 hours following this revelation, and it highlighted Jimin's part in the song, further showing how much attention and importance he was getting in the project.

Jimin became the first Korean artist in history to ever partake in an OST for this movie franchise!

Fans are incredibly proud of Jimin for all the big career milestones he has been posting, achieving all these significant merits in under two months since he officially debuted as a solo artist. As they celebrated and congratulated him on his new project,  Jimin took over Worldwide trends on Twitter in no time, dominating 4 of the top 5 trends and 7 of the top 10 trends with different keywords and hashtags. There were also numerous trending words on Twitter USA related to this news.

The trailer for the soundtrack also rose up the YouTube Worldwide trending videos quickly and ranked at #3 while also trending in 12 other countries worldwide.

The excitement and anticipation for the song was electrifying, and it could be felt all over the world!

This project saw Jimin making history yet again as the first Korean artist to have such a big role for such a big blockbuster Hollywood movie. 

As such, several major media outlets in South Korea have extensively reported on this news, emphasizing on the fact that the movie itself is already a popular movie, but it is especially gaining attention because of the participation of Jimin in the soundtrack, the first Korean singer in history.
