Jay Park brought laughter with his frankness and laidback personality.

JTBC's idol survival show 'Peak Time' aired its first episode on February 15, and 23 idol teams were introduced. The teams were divided into three sections: 'Rookie section,' 'Booster Section,' and 'Discontinued Section.' The 'Rookie Section' was composed of the groups that just debuted, 'The Booster Section' consisted of idol groups that were not well known but are still active, and the 'Discontinued Section' was composed of inactive idol groups due to various reasons such as military hiatus.

On this day, MC Lee Seung Gi explained that the winning team will be given a prize of 300 million KRW (~233,000 USD), which shocked even the judges. 

When the prize money was announced, Jay Park jokingly shared, "I thought it was gonna be 100 million KRW but 300 million KRW? I was suspended from activities a long ago too, can I participate here?" Lee Seung Gi was taken aback for a moment and gave a burst of nervous laughter, but fellow judge Kyuhyun joked back, "Jaebum, you're too old," making everyone laugh.
