BTS's V (Kim Taehyung) now owns the Top 2 Most-Streamed Korean OSTs in Spotify history, with "Sweet Night" and "Christmas Tree"

BTS member Kim Taehyung, aka V, adds another record to his list of milestones before his debut album release.

Taehyung's OST "Christmas Tree" for the 2021 K-drama series "Our Beloved Summer" has surpassed "Stay With Me" to become the 2nd most-streamed Korean OST on Spotify. 

With this, Taehyung now occupies the Top 2 most-streamed Korean OSTs on Spotify. His other OST, "Sweet Night," became the most-streamed Korean OST on the platform, two years ago. 

Taehyung's K-drama soundtracks highlight his soulful vocals and have garnered much love from fans, critics, and drama lovers.

He has been dubbed the 'OST King' for the numerous records he has achieved with his songs. Some of his notable achievements are:

• "Christmas Tree" became the first Korean OST to enter Billboard's HOT 100 chart.

• "Christmas Tree" was the first Korean solo song to debut #1 on Billboard's US Digital Song Sales chart. 
  

• "Sweet Night" is the most-streamed Korean OST in Spotify history. 

• Taehyung held the record of "most streamed Korean OST" for three consecutive years.

The anticipation for Taehyung's debut album is high, and he is expected to smash more records and firmly establish himself as a successful solo artist in the music industry in the near future.
