Singer Miru Shiroma, a former member of the popular Japanese girl group NMB48 and who appeared on Mnet's 'Produce 48,' appeared on Korean news.
KBS 'News 7', which aired on September 29, reported that regular flights between Jeju Island and Japan will be resumed starting from November.
On this day, KBS reported that a group of Japanese tourists visited the island and also released an interview with Miru Shiroma.
Miru Shiroma said in an interview, "I definitely wanted to come to Jeju Island because it appeared in the drama 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo.' I want to share all the good things about Jeju Island and Korea with Japanese people through my social media or YouTube channel."
She added, "This is my first time on Jeju Island and I'm excited to see the beautiful scenery and highly anticipating the food. I want to experience a lot of delicious foods before going back."
Meanwhile, Miru Shiroma debuted with NMB48 back in 2011 and officially graduated from the group on August 31 last year. Then in 2022, Miru Shiroma made her solo debut with the single "Shine Bright."
Miru Shiroma made her name known in Korea through the idol survival program 'Produce 48.' However, she ranked #20 and was eliminated on the finale of the show, and was not able to make her debut with IZ*ONE.
