According to the data released by Oricon Japan, Seventeen have landed atop the Oricon weekly album chart with their latest album.
In particular, Seventeen's 4th repackaged album 'Sector 17' ranked #1 on its weekly album chart, with a total of 218,000 copies sold for the week of August 1 through August 8.
This marks Seventeen 3rd consecutive #1 and 7th #1 album overall on Oricon, and the group has become the third foreign artist with the most albums that hit #1 on the chart, tied with BoA, and behind TVXQ, TWICE (8 albums), and BTS (10 albums).
