Actress Han Ga In recently shared why she decided to get married at the young age of 24.
In the SBS entertainment program 'Circle House,' which was broadcast on the afternoon of March 10 KST, Han Ga In met the national athletes of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and talked about the endlessly competitive society.
In the recent recording of 'Circle House,' Han Ga In actually comforted the athletes who had lived under constant pressure and competition since childhood.
In particular, Han Ga In garnered attention when she revealed the reason why she suddenly chose to get married at the young age of 24 when she was about to start her career in the entertainment industry. She explained part of the reason was that there was competition in the entertainment industry as well.
She explained that she felt there was a competition between the actresses around her age. She explained, "I didn't want to show them my defeat and it was hard to get used to it. So I thought I should get married early and get out of the competition."
Meanwhile, Han Ga In married back in 2005, when she was 24 and her husband Yeon Jung Hoon was 28. At that time, both of them were just starting their acting career, so they surprised the public with their sudden marriage news.
After 11 years of marriage, they had their first daughter, and in 2019, they announced the birth of their second son.
She seems happy, and a lot more normal than some of the celebrities who are stuck still doing fan service in their late 30's.
