Recently, BTS’s V returned to Weverse with a heartwarming throwback photo of him cuddling bandmate Jungkook's dog, “Jeon Bam.”

While some ARMYs thanked V for making their day, the dog owners of the fandom praised him for his knowledge on how to hold a young puppy correctly; several of which received heaps of acknowledgment and compliments, kick-starting the conversation on V’s keen interest in providing the best care for dogs and his utmost love for them.

Many fans were quick to bring out an interview of a professional dog trainer, Kang Hyung Wook, who shared his amazement at V’s dedication to becoming a great dog owner.

“He (V) came to our center and I thought he already had a pet but he told me he plans to adopt a puppy and asked how he can prepare to take care of it. I was a bit surprised.” Kang Hyung Wook said, recalling V’s visit in an episode of OtvN's program, 'Unexpectedly Adult' in 2018. “Usually, people come to me because they have complaints or disappointments about their dog but he came because he wanted to take good care of his pet, so I was amazed. Someone like him is a sincere pet owner."

As Kang Hyung Wook mentioned, V’s sincere love and kindness towards dogs is visible in every interaction, irrespective of whether it’s his or a strangers. V’s love for his own pup “Yeontan” is evident from the many cuddles and nuzzles seen in the photos and videos he shares, and also in the way V uses Tannie’s name on various platforms such as Weverse and in online games. The way V immediately runs towards a puppy on set to shower them with hugs is also often a hot topic of discussion among the fans.
