Upcoming 8-member rookie boy group EPEX has unveiled debut concept images of members Ayden, Baekseung, A-Min, MU, and Keum Dong Hyun in preparation for the release of their 1st mini album, 'Bipolar Pt.1: Prelude of Anxiety'.
In each close-up individual concept photo, the EPEX members convey a solemn, serious mood while dressed in old-fashioned school uniforms. For more details on EPEX's debut mini album and storyline, you'll have to stay tuned as the group builds on their teaser content in the next few weeks. 'Bipolar Pt.1: Prelude of Anxiety' will be released next month on June 8.
I've said this before on other posts, I get the worry of people who have mental issues over this title, I myself suffer from 5 one being a major one that can't be fixed with any kind of medication as well as anxiety. Of course I'm miffed at the title, HOWEVER, i will not cancel them. Until I know more about this album, and their direction I am not going to jump on them. It's possibly an album that discusses mental health, maybe things they've been through, it could possibly shed light on some. C9 is not known for being a controversial company, CIX has done concepts/songs about sensitive topics and been successful. If this albums ends up being a joke, or something that is negative towards mental health of course I will have a problem. But I think people should wait before jumping on them, and wait before being quick to assume it's negative. Give it a chance to find out more before you automatically assume it's bad.
