#KPOPDISCOURSE trends after users reveal racist remarks on Twitter Spaces
AKP STAFF
Twitter has been filled with tweets calling out users for being racist on the Twitter beta app 'Spaces.'
Not too long ago, Twitter launched a communication feature called Spaces, where users can create audio chatrooms to speak with individuals on social media. Users are able to call into the app and speak to other random users who join the chatrooms or 'space.'
However, there have been issues raised in which Twitter users ask Twitter to moderate 'Spaces' better before officially launching because there have been many racist remarks made in one of the chatrooms. Some of the Twitter users have taken it to their own hands to expose these racist users on social media platforms.
In the space called #KPOPDISCOURSE, users have been in constant arguments as there have been many who have joined the chatroom spewing racist comments directed at Asians. Since then, Twitter users have been sharing the usernames of racist individuals and calling them out on their remarks.
I saw quite a lot of black people say they can't be racist, it might be a growing problem. idk. what's worse - knowing you're racist and being proud of it or thinking you're not and you can say whatever you want.
Hmm. Both, both are disgusting.

Disgusting, I genuinely don’t understand how you can enjoy content made by Asians, thirsting and simping over Asian idols and just be this blatantly racist?? Make it make sense? Wait till they find out that most things they use in their daily lives is made in Asia by Asians.
