Seungri and Yoo In Suk's arrest warrants have been reviewed and accepted by prosecution.

On May 8, the Seoul Police Department's intellectual crime division submitted arrest warrants against Seungri and Yoo In Suk for procuring prostitution, embezzlement of funds through the club Burning Sun, breaking restaurant tax laws for the club Monkey Museum, and other charges. The former Big Bang member has also been additionally accused of soliciting prostitution services himself.

As prosecution has approved the police request for arrest warrants, they'll be filed to court, and the court will determine whether the arrest warrants are valid.

Stay tuned for updates.

Hopefully he'll get imprisoned, along with JJY and Jonghun, so that the victims get their justice and Korea can finally move on from this enraging scandal.

Just to clarify, his arrest warrant is NOT yet approved by the court. It's only been approved by the prosecution and they will then file it with the court.
