Former Sechskies member Kang Sung Hoon, who's currently under fire for calling junior idols "ugly," is receiving even more criticism for having a beauty contest with fans. 

On May 12, a netizen exposed the controversial beauty contest on popular online community DC Inside. According to the report, Kang Sung Hoon held a beauty contest picking out his ideal type at a summer camp with Ilysh, Kang Sung Hoon's solo fan club. 

Each round, Kang Sung Hoon would name the characteristics of his ideal type, such as over 165cm in height, under 50kg in weight, long hair, etc. A fan who does not fit the characteristics is eliminated, and the final fan standing is crowned the 'Ms. Illysh.' 

'Ms. Illysh' was given to a '"pretty unnie" who was taller than Kang Seung Hoon, according to the report. And as the prize, the winner got to take photos with Kang Seung Hoon and exchange handshakes while the others watched from the side.
