On April 3, Roy Kim's management label Stone Music Entertainment released an official statement regarding his involvement in singer Jung Joon Young's illegal controversies.
Stone Music curtly stated, "Roy Kim is currently in the U.S. studying, but he is adjusting his schedules so that he can return to Korea as quickly as possible in order to participate in the police investigation. Furthermore, he plans on taking part in all investigations diligently."
Previously, police revealed plans to summon a singer Kim as a member of one of Jung Joon Young's group chat rooms. This Kim in question was later revealed as Roy Kim.

Strap in everyone, we’re in for another ride. I would say I hope it’s a misunderstanding and that he’s innocent but based on how the last few guys were revealed/admitted to be involved in the chat rooms, I’m not holding on to it.
