Reporters and netizens are claiming that YG Entertainment is trying to destroy evidence connected to Seungri.
YG Entertainment has destroyed an amount of 4 tons of document and files. This all happened when Seungri of Bigbang was under interrogation by the police.
It was recorded by news reporters stationed outside of YG Entertainment's parking lot, that a truck belonging to a special disposal company had been hired. This company is known to specialize in safely destroying documents, electronics, and files all without having any information leaked out in the process.
During two hours 4 tons of document and files were loaded into the truck. During this process, reporters tried to investigate but employees removed them and made it clear that photographing the process was prohibited by YG Entertainment.
The trucks were loaded and had to come back later again, this all happened around 6 am in the morning, an unusual time for the disposal companies that usually start working at 9 am, but started early on the request of YG Entertainment.
The reporter that was on the scene claimed that the handling by the employees during the process when the trucks were being loaded and the timing of this event was suspicious. Their thoughts are that the destruction of the files could be connected with Seungri’s recent case.
YG Entertainment, however, is claiming that “it was routine disposal that is done monthly or quarterly.”
When reporters contacted the police, it was made clear that the police lacked jurisdiction to stop or investigate YG Entertainment about destroying all these files, since YG, for now, hasn’t been directly linked to Seungri’s cases.

Some people really love to jump to conclusions. What do these people think? That YG has stored tons of paperwork proving illegal activities at a club that an artist is connected to as a personal venture? What do these documents contain? Text message threads printed on paper for safe keeping?
