It appears that Police will be investigating Big Bang Member Seungri.
An official from the Seoul Metropolitan Police Department on the 20th said, "We spoke to Le Meridien Hotel and agreed to discontinue the demolition of the club. We are investigating the executives of the club 'Burning Sun' including member Seungri from the group Big Bang."
The Police have summoned staff members to make a statement about what Seungri's role was at the club.
Accordingly, the investigators will summon Seungri and request a drug test as well, if necessary.

I still don't know what the appeal of these places are, lifestyle, peer pressure or pop culture be damned. Owning such a business is just asking for trouble since it's the perfect environment to conduct all sorts of shenanigans.
