Park Shin Yang is starting up filming for the KBS drama 'My Lawyer, Mr. Jo 2' following his recent emergency back surgery.
On February 1, Park Shin Yang's agency confirmed, "As planned, Park Shin Yang is returning to film KBS' 'My Lawyer, Mr. Jo 2' on February 2." The actor is reported to have undergone a 5-hour emergency back surgery for a disc on January 23, and the drama was officially delayed by 2 weeks as he plays the titular character.
His label added, "He was discharged from the hospital on January 30. Normally, you have to be hospitalized for 3 weeks after back disc surgery, and you can't go anywhere. However, he decided he couldn't stay out of drama filming for 3 weeks straight, so he's left the hospital early to film 'My Lawyer, Mr. Jo 2'."
