'The Star' released their February issue which features a pictorial and an interview with Kim Chung Ha.
The idol star stepped away from her fierce stage look and went for a natural, casual concept for the photoshoot.
When asked about the difference between Chung Ha on stage and Chung Ha off stage, she said, "I'm 180 degrees different. I often have aggressive expressions on stage but off stage, I'm very calm. I'm always tired and hungry. I beg my manager unnies to buy me food. I'm just an ordinary girl."
To the question about her role model, Kim Chung Ha expressed admiration for her mom. She said, "There are so many artists, but one person for sure is my mom. I think she's the strongest person in the world. It's my goal to become as strong as her."
Kim Chung Ha also shared she wants to try hip-hop and reggae genre in the future.
Lastly, Kim Chung Ha explained the meaning of her debut group IOI. She said, "It's a part that I cannot leave out of my life. If given an opportunity, I want us to reunite and stand on stage together. We know what one another is thinking just by looking at the eyes."
