Sungjae's story on his casting for 'Who Are You' has gone viral.

Sungjae himself had told the story, and netizens are finding the story adorable. Back when Sungjae went to audition for 'Who Are You', the PD, to see what Sungjae's personality was like, incited him on purpose by asking him things such as, "Who likes BTOB, even?", and other questions to belittle BTOB. Sungjae, who is well-known for having a lot of pride in BTOB and a lot of love for his hyungs, fell for it right away and said, "What... We're working really hard, so you shouldn't say things like that!" Sungjae also revealed that he wasn't able to control his angry expression.  

After the audition, Sungjae came out incredibly sad and serious and told his manager hyung, "Hyung... I think it's over for me as an actor..." because of how he had acted in front of the director.

However, it turned out that Sungjae's pride in his group helped! The 'Who Are You' director also directed 'Love in the Moonlight', and he also tried to cast Sungjae in the role that ultimately went to Jinyoung as well.
