Last month on the 4th, the woman lost her 2-year-old Welsh Corgi named Honey (??) in Pyeontaek. The woman offered 1 million KRW (936 USD) as a reward to find the dog and even put up signs in the streets.
During the search for the dog, one neighbor informed the woman that someone in the town has eaten her dog. The one accused of the crime is a 63-year-old neighbor.
To the police, the 63-year-old neighbor stated, "The dog was barking a lot in the yard so I threw a rock. The dog passed out so I strangled him with wires" and added, "I didn't eat the food I made with the dead dog but gave it out to others."
The police plan to charge the neighbor with criminal damage.
