On March 23, Biz Hankook reported that the Lotte World Tower Signiel Residence Officitel owned by Junsu has been seized by the National Health Insurance Service back on January 26 due to missed payments of health insurance.

Regarding the issue, Junsu's agency C-JeS Entertainment stated, "It's an incident that occurred because the health insurance bills have been sent to Junsu's residence where no one is residing at the moment."
It's explained that Junsu was not there to check the mail. C-JeS Entertainment stated, "We will resolve the issue as soon as possible with Junsu's legal representative and financial consultant."
Currently, Junsu is in the military for his mandatory service. He will be getting discharged in November 2018.
