[TRIGGER WARNING: Suicide]
A female BJ on PopKonTV committed suicide on live broadcast, according to reports on March 7. The BJ was broadcasting live in Busan back on March 5. At around 2:07 PM KST on March 5, she conversed with her viewers about how she was suffering after divorcing her husband. She had severe depression because of the divorce and was talking about suicide.
However, a few of her viewers mocked her in the comments. Then, on live broadcast, she grabbed her dog, and jumped from her window, which was on the 8th floor. She was moved to a nearby hospital, but she passed away within an hour.

Her viewers and fellow BJs have gathered money together to hold a wake for her.
