According to Sports Seoul on November 29, the idol star bought a home with her mother (Seungyeon owns 80% and her mother 20%) back in July in Gangnam District in Seoul for 3.7 billion KRW ($3.4 million).
Previously, Seungyeon became the landlady of a 4-story building in Cheongdamdong back in 2014 (currently worth 6.7 billion KRW or $6.2 million), making this her second purchase.

Her most recent purchase consists of a basement, 1st and 2nd-floor building complex located in Samseongdong with floor space of approximately 132 pyeong (around 4,700 square feet) overlooking the Han River. The monthly rental income is estimated to be 9,000,000 KRW ($8,341).
It has been revealed that Seungyeon has taken out a loan from the bank for around 2.3 billion KRW ($2.13 million) to make the purchase.
A real estate representative commented on the idol star's purchase highlighting its market value in the upcoming years. "In about 3-5 years, the value will exceed 6.3 billion KRW ($5.8 million)."
