Big Bang's Seungri says he knew IU and Suzy would be big stars.
At the press conference for JTBC's 'Mix Nine' on October 27, Seungri looked back on his career as a Big Bang member and the celebrities he's met along the way. He shared, "As a part of Big Bang, I've seen a lot of singers become stars. I spent time with IU during her trainee days, and she became a star. I also saw Suzy when she was a trainee, and she's become a star too. When I think back, I think you can always tell who will become a star by the look in their eyes."
Seungri added that he's also predicting which 'Mix Nine' participants will make it to the next level, saying, "I've had multiple times when I thought, 'This person's going to be a major star,' as a 'Mix Nine' judge. People might think that all audition and survival programs are the same, but I think all the reporters will change their minds after seeing the first episode. I say this as a singer who's been promoting for 11 years. You'll see a lot of future stars on the show this Sunday."
