On September 25, the Chungnam Fire Service Headquarters revealed that a firefighter identified as 'A' is under investigation for using an emergency truck for personal use.
According to reports, 'A' is accused of using emergency trucks to avoid sobriety checkpoints for a total of 7 times since January. It's explained 'A' made a fellow firefighter follow him in 'A's car while he drives the emergency truck.
This allowed 'A' to avoid sobriety checkpoints as emergency trucks are exempt from it.

Meanwhile, 'A' is denying all accusations, stating, "It's not true."
