On this week's episode of tvN's 'Life Bar' aired on August 10, Roy Kim revealed that he studied to look cool.
During the episode, the singer said, "Honestly speaking, studying wasn't exactly fun for me. After school, I would go to my tutor for another two hours and then proceed to do my homework. Eventually, I fell asleep at school and such." He continued, "The reason I could live like that at the time was that there was this sense of coolness or twist I received when my friends thought, 'Oh, he doesn't look like it but he's good at studying too'."
Roy Kim also showed respect for Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio, reasoning that despite the actor being highly respected in his area and career, he is also able to talk about societal issues.
