Actor Joo Won discussed his upcoming military enlistment on the May 6th episode of 'Entertainment Relay'.
An 'Entertainment Relay' reporter met with Joo Won on the set of an advertisement and asked about his tendency to play cranky characters onscreen. He said, "I think the writers like it that way. It seems women like male characters who are tsundere, and I pick those roles because people like them overall."
On his actual personality, Joo Won revealed, "In my opinion, I'm not very rough. I'm the type to laugh easily. I think the character Si Ohn from 'Good Doctor' is the most similar to me."
As for his military service, the actor simply said, "I think about it every day. I think it'll be fine when I'm actually there, but it seems I'm worrying beforehand. Enlistment is just what you have to do."
As previously reported, Joo Won will be enlisting on May 16. He's also currently in a relationship with singer BoA.
