Hello Venus' Nara says she used to be so overweight she had trouble breathing.
The topic of diets came up on SBS' food variety show 'Baek Jong Won's Three Great Emperors', and Nara was able to have a taste of delicious Korean pancake. Her fellow guests were curious how the Hello Venus member manages to stay in safe, and she delved into her past, saying, "When I was young, I was really fat. It was to the point I had trouble breathing."
Nara continued, "My dad thought it had gone too far, so he took me hiking early in the mornings. I walked up the mountain with sand bags attached to me."
Well, it definitely worked!
