Toscana Hotel has released an official statement regarding the recent controversy involving JYJ's Junsu and the hotel's sale.
Junsu himself and C-JeS Entertainment have already commented on the matter, and the hotel's reps have now come forward. In a statement posted to Toscana Hotel's official website on February 7, reps addressed the circumstances surrounding the hotel's sale and refuted reports about delays in paying employees.
According to the statement, the hotel property was sold due to pressure on the management. Due to multiple financial factors including the island's vacation off-season and employee wages, the regular maintenance and running of the hotel became difficult. Costs had to be compensated through Junsu's personal investment and accounts, and as he's leaving for the military soon, they came to the conclusion it couldn't continue in its current state. The hotel's statement also denied there was any delay in payment to its employees, and proceeds from sales were properly doled out as well. Furthermore, Junsu is said to have sold the hotel in order to prevent the worst possible outcome financially.
All in all, it looks like Junsu, C-JeS Entertainment, and the hotel's statements are lining up. What are your thoughts on the ongoing controversy?
