The male version of 'Produce 101' will continue as planned.
Mnet's director Han Dong Chul, who had been in charge of the overall directing of the second season of 'Produce 101', resigned. However, Mnet confirmed, "The male version of 'Produce 101' will proceed as planned."

Director Han said, "I'm currently planning a new program personally, and I think details will be more confirmed in February. After that, I'll see if I can produce it myself, or if I need help from another company. I have no plans for where I will be employed in the future."
On 'Proudce 101's second season, he said, "I have left, so I cannot say anything in detail. However, I know the staff is working hard. I'm looking forward to it as well."
