BoA has been friends with Yunho for 10 years, being SM Enertainment family together, and even visited Yunho in the military, updating fans on his welfare via SNS. In one interview, Joo Won also mentioned close friend Yunho, saying, "Yunho hyung gave me a call when he came out [of the military] for a vacation. He is the sangnamja (tough guy) style, and I remember before enlisting, he sent me a video of him getting his head shaved."
