Lee Sung Kyung talked about the sorrow of wrapping up her drama 'Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo'.
"I couldn't watch the broadcast because I was busy crying," said Lee Sung Kyung. She continued, "I cried my eyes out throughout the broadcast because I was upset. I also cried before when the director said, 'Only two cuts left,' and 'It's coming to an end now.' I've only cried twice during productions and that was for 'It's Okay, That's Love' and this one. They were all productions of healing to me. I'm not empathetic, so I tend to return calm even when I feel like tears are going to fall out. I cried a lot during the last episode. When I woke up, my eyes were like sausages."

Lee Sung Kyung also showed satisfaction on her first lead role, saying, "This is the first time ever that I've gained this much love. I've gained the most love and compliments. I've never had so many encouraging reports about me, so I wonder if this will remain like this. In the beginning, I wanted to gain compliments through good reports, and it really happened so I felt like crying. The viewer ratings are not important. I'm not sure how I got so lucky, but I'm really grateful."
