In the interview, she talked about going from a group member to a soloist. Sohyun said, "The biggest and hardest change for me was making decisions by myself and taking responsibility because I'll be promoting solo now rather than in a group, which is all that I had done. Now that the time has come for me to make decisions and go about it alone, I am worried and happy and also regretful."
Regarding the 7-year girl group jinx, Sohyun said, "It's not only that we all had different thoughts but also that there was a problem with the agency, so it's right for everybody to make a decision for him or herself, but there are also regrettable aspects to it. It was like that for me. Unlike the earlier stage [of our careers], I thought of myself first and then the group second. Originally, the team was first. But I think what hurts more is that it isn't wrong of me to do so."
As she spent a lot of time on stage, she was asked if she had any regrets about the stage, as her plans involve acting for now. Sohyun said, "It'd be a lie to say that there were no regrets about the stage. Sometimes, while walking on the streets, I'd hear our song or I'd meet up with friends or meet people and when they'd recognize me, they'd say 4minute. There are lots of regrets, but I'm trying to think of all the good memories. About standing on stage again, I think I'll have to mull over it more when I get the chance later. For now, I plan to show myself as an actress, but I do think there's a chance."
