Aired on January 27, SBS' Lunar New Year pilot 'Elementary School Student/Teacher' featured 2PM's Nichkhun and f(x)'s Amber along with Super Junior-M's Henry, Kangnam, TWICE's Momo, Seventeen's The8, and NCT's Ten.
The non-native Korean speaking idol stars took on the mission to learn Korean from elementary school children. Kangnam seemed confident in his Korean skills but it appears his confidence was misplaced. Kang Ho Dang commented, "You guys are on the same level as my son, who is 8 years old."
Furthermore, when the idols were speaking in English he complained, "I don't understand," and told them to speak in Korean, making the viewers laugh. While Henry was having trouble naming the Korean word for 'bucket,' claiming "I don't know what that is." At the end of the day, Amber was the top student and had a close battle with Nichkhun in the finals.
