Eunji talked about the days after 'Reply 1997' on a radio show and described them as "the dark days."
On October 20 episode of SBS 'Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time,' A Pink made an appearance as guests.

When one listener commented, "I was shocked when I saw Eunji in real life. Her waist was so skinny -- small enough to hold with one hand." Eunji responded to the comment, saying, "I tried to lose weight very quickly after 'Reply 1997,' but I did it the wrong way, and it became the dark days."
She continued, "After that, I worked out and lost weight properly. Now my waist is probably about two hands-ful."
