Through a live September 14 broadcast titled 'Taeyang on Air' which aired through 'V', the idol sat down with several lucky fans to enjoy a nighttime, outdoors date with them! 

Taeyang got busy making songpyeon, or sweet rice cakes, with the fans for the Chuseok holiday, despite the fact that cooking is not his forte. Though he complained in the beginning that he's not used to making songpyeon "on air," he diligently went about shaping the rice cakes, chatting amicably to the fans as he did so.

Taeyang also brought laughter by putting on an energetic jig where he attempted to dance and make songpyeon at the same time. He then went on to play various games such as Yunnori, charades, and more! 

When the songpyeon was ready, Taeyang served the fans himself and even mixed up some drinks for them, continuing the intimate bonding session. At the end of the broadcast, Taeyang remarked, "This meeting was all the more meaningful because these guys are my longtime fans. It was a bit awkward at first but I'm happy because now we feel like family. I hope we get to hold these kinds of event more often in the future."
