Singer Park Bo Ram showed off her fit figure for 'Cosmopolitan' magazine!

Park Bo Ram, well-known for having lost quite a bit of weight successfully, was asked what the biggest change in her life was after the change in her body. To answer, she said, "I think it's much more than just achieving a pretty body shape. The way you go about your life completely changes."
She also revealed a quick but helpful dieting tip, sharing that if there's something she wants to eat, then she eats it, but the next day she makes up for it with a strict meal plan and exercise.
