College student Park Ye Ji (19) sent a suspicious message to her sister 10 days after being missing.
On September 12, Park Ye Ji walked out of her house, stating she was heading to her part-time job. Her departure from home was also caught on a CCTV located inside an elevator, but she has since failed to return home. The next day, her cell phone was found near a river approximately 30 minutes from her home with everything�completely deleted.�
After 10 days, on September 22, Park Ye Ji contacted her sister through her SNS messenger, saying, "I am doing fine, so don't look for me."�
The police are looking to find out if the message was sent by Park Ye Ji or an imposter. Furthermore, her boyfriend, who has been caught physically assaulting Park Ye Ji in the past, is currently also unreachable.�
